Services

Fikselin provides performance marketing, advertising analysis, campaign reporting, landing-page, WhatsApp conversion, and related consulting services as agreed with the client.

Access and authorization

When you connect an advertising or analytics account, you authorize Fikselin to access only the services and data covered by the selected integration and agreed scope. You remain responsible for the account and for maintaining accurate access permissions.

Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, maintain lawful rights to your advertising materials and customer data, and comply with the terms of the relevant advertising platforms. You must not provide access that you are not authorized to grant.

Advertising results

Marketing performance depends on budget, competition, offer, platform policies, tracking, and other factors outside Fikselin's control. We do not guarantee a particular number of leads, customers, revenue, or return on ad spend unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.

Acceptable use

You may not use our services to violate applicable law, platform policies, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or the security of any system.

Third-party platforms

Google, Meta, and other platforms are independent third parties. Their availability, policies, approvals, limits, and account decisions are outside Fikselin's control.

Termination and access revocation

Either party may end a service arrangement according to the applicable agreement. You may revoke an integration through the relevant platform or by contacting Fikselin. After termination, access will be removed where reasonably practicable, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
